All applications will be reviewed by the ST Foundation Board of Directors for eligibility and research on an individual basis.  Please allow one month from the submission of the grant application for a response.  Applicants must be 18 years of age to qualify and only one grant per family is allowed.   Please notify the ST Foundation if any changes occur in your applications status.  We understand your special needs for the grant award and recognize time is a critical factor.  We thank you for your application submission and patients for a decision from the board of directors.
